Thank you for your interest in the 2018 Falcon Royale.  The Foothill Athletic Boosters is happy to sponsor this annual event that helps raise needed funds for our sports programs, clubs, and programs at Foothill.

This year we are happy to give back to our community as well through a partnership with The Livermore-Pleasanton Firefighters Foundation.  One percent (1%) of the overall profit from the event will go back to LPFF, which is a non-profit that supports fallen firefighers, police and EMS personnel and their families locally and across the state.  LPFF is also committed to future fire service professionals with scholarships for individuals who would like to pursue careers in firefighting.

Auction items won in the online auction will be available for pick up in locations in Pleasanton the week following the auction. Shipping of items is available (shipping costs vary). Winner should look for an email with information following the close of the auction.

Ticket Purchasers

The dress for the 2018 Falcon Royale is cocktail to formal attire.  

No denim is allowed at Castlewood Country Club.

Please provide the name for all persons for whom you are purchasing tickets.

The default meal choice is chicken.  If you need/prefer a vegetarian option, please designate.

If you need special meal accommodations, please email brendamcfarlane@att.net.

You have the option of keeping your credit card information on file to receive VIP check-in and VIP check-out at the event.  Please select the box where marked. You will receive a bidder number at check in for all your purchases from the Falcon Royale (wine purchases, raffle tickets, auction items) and your credit card will be billed following the event

All purchases at the event (auction items, raffle tickets, drink tickets, etc.) will be put on your bidder number to settle at the end of the night. Only drink tickets and member numbers will be accepted at the Castlewood bar.  Purchases on a Castlewood member number DO NOT benefit Foothill.

It is assumed one bidder number per couple. If separate bidder numbers are needed, or multiple people should be grouped under one bidder number, please contact Brenda McFarlane at brendamcfarlane@att.net.

There are no physical tickets for the event. Purchasers will be on a list and receive your event package at check in.

Donations

Donations for auction items can be designated for a specific Foothill group (booster group, academic department, sports team, club).  Groups receive 80% of the profit from the item sold.

Where an item goes (online, silent, live auction) will be determined by the Falcon Royale Committee with the guidance of our professional auctioneer hired for the event.

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are available at levels from $100-$5000 and include a wide range of opportunities for exposure for your company.  Please visit our sponsorship link at the top of the page for pricing and information.

Sponsorship packages at or above the $1000 level can designate 80% of the profit back to a Foothill group.
