Dessert Time!
FHS Culinary students will create four beautiful and delicious dessert trays. The trays will contain a dozen each of chocolate-dipped Madeleine cookies, chocolate truffles, mini-cheesecakes and lemon tarts. Perfect for an upcoming holiday party! A two-week notice is required and the trays can be made from November through May.
Wine and Chocolate Pairing
Enjoy a wine and chocolate pairing for eight in your home. You will taste five premium red wines ($50 or more per bottle) and pair them with a variety of delicious chocolates. Indulge in homemade cookies, mole, fine truffles and more as you sip your wine. Date must be mutually agreed upon between 2/1/17 and 10/15/17.

North Coast Brewing Company
A pioneer in the Craft Beer movement, North Coast Brewing Company opened in 1988 as a local brewpub in the historic town of Fort Bragg, located on California’s Mendocino Coast.

Trophy Brown Trout Fishing Experience
Spend a day fishing for trophy brown trout on the Electra Road section of the Mokelumne River, located just outside Jackson, CA. Your private fishing guide will share the locations of where 20 inch, 5 pound trout are likely to be found. It'll be your secret though and you'll need to agree not to share the info online. Fishing gear will be provided for up to four people. Participants over the age of 16 must have a valid CA fishing license in possession and children under 10 must be accompanied by a non-fishing guardian.

Nickel & Nickel Tour and Tasting
Your tour and tasting for four at Nickel & Nickel’s Napa Valley winery will begin at the Sullenger House, a handsome farmhouse with charming Queen Anne details and includes a walk through the historic farmsteads. Next, visit the restored 18th century Gleason Barn, a pre-Revolutionary War-era hay barn, and the fermentation barns before entering the subterranean barrel cellar. In this beautiful room, you will learn how the wine is moved gently from tank to barrel through the cellar’s custom-formed hollow columns. The tour will end with a seated, guided-tasting of Nickel & Nickel’s single-vineyard wines expertly paired with artisanal cheeses.

Whether you’re a ‘dunker’ or not, you’ll enjoy your two dozen classic biscotti. Finally, whip up a batch of Heath Toffee Cookies with the contents of this jar. Your sweet tooth will definitely be satisfied with all of these delicious baked goods!
Italian Cooking Class
You and three of your friends will take part in a hands-on Italian cooking class with Enrica Ulivieri. You’ll start by making fresh pasta to use as you prepare an authentic lasagna. Weekend Mountain Getaway

Your child will have a reserved parking spot in the senior lot for the Spring 2017 semester and Fall 2017 semester. Your child doesn’t need to be a senior to win but they do need to have a valid FHS student parking pass!
Boys (Or Girls) Night-In
Calling all poker fans!!! Imagine a night of poker fun but none of the work that goes along with planning it. All you need to do is invite seven of your friends and FHS Wrestling will do the rest. The team will deliver and set-up the poker table and poker chips. They will then serve you a delicious meal of BBQ ribs and twice-baked potatoes. After dinner, the team will leave you to enjoy your cigars with humidor while you play poker. They will return the following day to clean-up and pick up the table, chips, and dishes.
Holiday Gift Wrapping
Let the class of 2018 take the stress out of your holidays by doing your gift wrapping for you. Your provide the wrapping paper, ribbon, etc. and they will provide up to four hours of their time. Let them take some of your holiday “to do” list off your shoulders.
