Thank you for your interest in the 2016 Falcon Royale.  The Foothill Athletic Boosters, Foothill Parent Teacher Student Association and Foothill Band Boosters are happy to sponsor this annual event that helps raise needed funds for our classrooms, sports teams, and instrumental music program at Foothill.

This year we are happy to give back to our community as well through a partnership with Sunflower Hill.  One percent (1%) of the overall profit from the event will go back to Sunflower Hill, which is a non-profit that is building sustainable communities for people with special needs.

Auction items won in the online auction will be available for pick up in locations in Pleasanton the week following the auction. Shipping of items is available (shipping costs vary). Winner should look for an email with information following the close of the auction.

 

Ticket Purchasers

The dress for the 2015 Falcon Royale is cocktail attire.  

No denim is allowed at Castlewood Country Club.

Please provide the name for all persons for whom you are purchasing tickets.

The default meal choice is chicken.  If you need/prefer a vegetarian option, please designate.

You have the option of keeping your credit card information on file to receive VIP check-in and VIP check-out at the event.  Please select the box where marked. You will receive a bidder number at check in for all your purchases from the Falcon Royale (wine purchases, raffle tickets, auction items) and your credit card will be billed following the event

Purchases made at the Castlewood Country Club Bar are separate from Falcon Royale purchases.  Castlewood will accept cash, credit card or member number.

It is assumed one bidder number per couple. If separate bidder numbers are needed, or multiple people should be grouped under one bidder number, please contact Brenda McFarlane at brendamcfarlane@att.net

There are no physical tickets for the event. Purchasers will be on a list and receive your event package at check in.

 

Donations

Donations for auction items can be designated for a specific Foothill group (booster group, academic department, sports team, club).  Groups receive 80% of the profit from the item sold.

Where an item goes (online, silent, live auction) will be determined by the Falcon Royale Committee with the guidance of our professional auctioneer hired for the event.

 

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are available at levels from $100-$5000 and include a wide range of opportunities for exposure for your company.  Please visit our sponsorship link at the top of the page for pricing and information.

Sponsorship packages at or above the $1000 level can designate 50% of the profit back to a Foothill group.
